V V Ranganathan - Chairman Mr. Ranganathan is a Founder Director and chairs the Board of Compassites. A chartered accountant with over twenty five years of global experience, he was until recently, a senior partner and on the supervisory board of one of the big 4 accounting firms in India. He was the country head for quality and risk management for the firm and the country leader for strategic growth markets. His portfolio of What We Have Done included some of most prestigious global companies. He pioneered work in the area of entrepreneurship in India and has been instrumental in building and enhancing the reputation and prestige of the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ Program in India and in Monaco. He has authored many articles on the subject of entrepreneurship and contributes thought provoking editorials for independent directors. Murali Vullaganti - Founder Director Murali Vullaganti, a Founder Director of Compassites has a history of successfully and profitably navigating IT and BPO service organizations from inception, through aggressive growth. He is an accomplished and a result-oriented business leader with broad range of experience in the sales, marketing, business development, operations, consulting and line management of various business units of large global organizations in the US, Europe and Asia.Murali is currently serving as a Senior Advisor to several IT & BPO companies in India and USA. In that capacity, he provides support at the Board and Executive level in the development of business plan, and the execution of strategic initiatives including change management. One of his recent achievements includes the spearheading of the merger of the Indian operations of KGT Solutions, a Silicon Valley based business and technology Solutions Company, with Cranes Software. Prior to assuming the above roles, Murali was the Managing Director of Xansa India and Executive member of the Group Management Board. |

Rajesh Setty - Founder Director Rajesh Setty is a serial entrepreneur, investor and author based in Silicon Valley. He currently serves as the president of Suggestica (a company that builds private and public discovery engines using Rawsugar technology) and chairman of Jiffle (a company that bridges the last mile between service providers and consumers). He is also involved in a few other companies in US, India and Germany as a board member or advisor. Rajesh has written and published seven books so far with his first book being published at age thirteen. His latest book "Beyond Code" (foreword by Tom Peters) was published in late 2005. David Moxam - Director David Moxam, a Director in the Compassites board, is a leading industry voice on advanced authentication technologies. David Moxam, currently, the President & CEO Authentix, leads a team of PhDs, engineers and industry experts that work with Fortune 500 companies and governments around the world combating the issue. The nanoscale engineering concept of Authentix is the best defense against industrial counterfeiting. The firm's pioneering work has been the subject of numerous broadcasts and print stories and in 2006, Mr. Moxam was recognized as an "Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Technology". Personally committed to using advanced technologies for the betterment of society, a mission statement principle of Authentix, Moxam serves on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce board of directors where he co-chairs its Coalition Against Counterfeiting and Piracy technology program. He also serves on the Board of the Texas Nanotechnology Initiative. He was one of the founders of the NanoTX conference. Prior to joining Authentix, Mr. Moxam spent 15 years running global operations for companies such as EDS, Telecom Canada and Starpoint Solutions.Mr. Moxam holds graduate degrees in business administration and physics from Laurentian University in Ontario, Canada. Always up for a new challenge, Moxam completed the 2006 New York City Marathon on his 50th birthday. He is married, with two children and resides in Dallas, Texas. |

Jnan Dash - Director Jnan Dash is a technology visionary and executive consultant in Silicon Valley. He focuses on enterprise solutions such as integration, real-time events, real-time Business Intelligence, Service Oriented Architecture, Web Services, open source, and transactional Web (Web 2.0). He spent ten years at Oracle Corporation and was the Group Vice President, Systems Architecture and Technology till 2002. He was responsible for setting Oracle's core database and application server product directions and interacted with customers worldwide in translating future needs to product plans.Mr. Dash is a well-known expert in the software industry. Prior to joining Oracle in 1992, he spent 16 years at IBM in various positions including development of the DB2 family of products and in charge of IBM's database architecture and technology. Mr. Dash is a frequent speaker at industry forums around the world on the future of software technology. He has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Master's degree in Systems Design from the University of Waterloo, Canada. He sits on several boards and advisory boards of companies. He is also a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE) of Silicon Valley. |

C.Sreenivas - Director C.Sreenivas is a Social Entrepreneur. As a member of Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust he has dedicated his life to this largest registered public charity in India that is engaged in providing health care, education and drinking water free of cost. He has played a key role in the conceptualization and execution of many of these projects since 1978. Managing complex mega projects with stringent timelines and delivering them on schedule is his forte. He has demonstrated his leadership capabilities by being instrumental in setting up the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences at Whitefield & Puttaparthy; the Sri Sathya Sai University and several water projects providing potable water in rural India.His educational qualifications include Masters Degree in Commerce and a Masters Degree Philosophy.
