Celebration

Sambrama - Sambrama literally means Celebration. A festival at Compassites that is celebrated to mark the birth of Compassites and its spirit. A day that’s remembered for bringing partners, clients, customers and navigators closer and rejoicing the year that went by and looking forward for a glorious year ahead. A day which celebrates the passion of Navigators that constitutes a compelling narrative of Compassites as it is today, whether it be the technology and project milestones or its vibrant culture.

Collaboration

Colympics - Colympics is an initiative that strives to bring competitive spirit, companionship, exuberance and joy among the navigators. Colympics is also a means to unite the navigators in a spirit of excellence, respect, friendship and fun! It seeks to inculcate courage that overcomes difficult odds and a character that creates champions.

Cruiser Program™: It’s an orientation initiative wherein a navigator volunteers to accompany a newly joined associate in helping him/her understand the organization culture and environment.

Navicare™ - An employee driven idea where a team of navigators are a supporting arm for Managers who usually handle the interpersonal and project related issues among their colleagues and peers. It provides a channel to resolve the issues irrespective of the hierarchy levels.

SHEER™ - A Women’s forum, to enrich the women navigators and add value to their lives thus, facilitating them to maintain a balance between Home, Work and Relationships.

Personal Development

Wissendock™ - Wissen Dock is a weekly session for navigators (Compassites employees), where they have the opportunity to listen to industry stalwarts from diverse knowledge areas.  These talks are interspersed with real life examples which help them in assimilating the wisdom in their own professional and personal lives.

OceanMiles™ - This is a process followed at Compassites in an objective-driven manner, to reward and recognize employees who contribute more than just their professional work.

Jedi™ - Jedi is a unique program which provides a platform for employees with good writing skills enabling them to publish whitepapers and documents.

Mentorship - This is another unique initiative at Compassites where the navigators are mentored by the senior management. The mentors help the navigators to grow in their career paths by capitalizing on their strengths and working on their negatives.

SAIL (Support And Inspire Learning) - Is to encourage the navigators in enhancing the knowledge relevant to their role. This policy supports the navigators to do certifications for which company reimburses the entire amount for the certification.
