CR/08/24 [Technical Manager (Content Management System)]

The Content Management System Technical Manager will have technical responsibility of presentation layer ATG driven content. The candidate will be responsible for driving technical strategy and implementation of marketing content. The candidate will work as part of a multi-functional team to ensure that the right content gets to the right visitor at the right time. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background to bridge business needs and technical development.

• Use ATG tools to write scenarios to deliver personalized content based on profile attributes

• Install or modify product and/or promotional content (images and text)

• Define rules-based promotional pricing discounts; articulate promotional rule requirements, terms and conditions

• Coordinate the timing of content and promotional changes to that work product from a variety of contributors comes together in a cohesive, error-free site

• Complete working knowledge of ATG Systems including the ATG Control Center and the ATG Business Control Center

• Complete knowledge of the ATG Scenario/Personalization Engine- including how to write scenarios

• Data driven to be able to apply web measurement tools to evaluate results and drive change

• Understanding of heuristic user experience principles

• Ability to manage dynamic web content, leveraging the interaction of database and display layer

• Experience working with marketing organizations to drive customer focused technology decisions

• Passion for the web
