CR/08/22 [Sr. Software Engineer]

• Ability to generate Software design specifications

• Ability to generate designs to support new requirements on an existing system

• Ability to understand requirements documents and high level architecture

• Object oriented development in JavaScript

• Experience with 3rd party JavaScript libraries – MooTools preferred

• Extensive knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to manipulate these through the browser DOM.

• Experience in AJAX development calling REST based services

• Experience with MVC based frameworks

• Experience in the creation of JSP pages to act as host containers for rich internet applications.

• Experience with ATG E-commerce solutions is a plus

• XML/XSD/Web Services:
i. SOAP – Simple Object Access Protocol
ii. REST – Representational State Transfer
iii. Ability to generate and work with XML schemas
iv. Understanding of Web Services Definition Language WSDL
v. Knowledge of localization techniques

• Understanding of encryption and hashing algorithms

• Good knowledge of software algorithms and design patterns

• History of successful software commercialization projects

• Knowledge and proven execution of Software Development processes (e.g., SCM)

• Strong organization skills, self-motivated, team player

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
