• Minimum 4 years of business analysis or product management experience .
• Experience with leading ERP / CRM software solutions such as SAP, Siebel, Salesforce.com, in a business analysis or configuration capacity highly desired.
• Experience with modeling techniques like UML or OOAD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and client management skills .
• Minimum 5 years of IT industry experience.
• Ability to develop detailed test plan and test scripts.
•Occasional travel required within US or abroad .
