CR/08/17 Job Description

• Multiple years of significant J2EE/Java and web-based application development (HTML, JavaScript) experience.

• 5+ years of solution design experience; experience developing applications on top of platforms.

• ERP and platform configuration implementation experience required (Salesforce.com, SAP, Siebel, Oracle, Peoplesoft, I2, etc.) .

• 5+ years object and data modeling experience.

• Integration design and development – ETL tools, SOAP, Webmethods, etc.

• Demonstrated experience resolving complex business and application problems; performance analysis a big plus.

• 3+ years managing technical project teams .

• Experience managing and implementing projects with large, multi-divisional companies.

• Demonstrated large scale project management and implementation expertise.

• Understands development methodology and has actual experience writing functional and technical design specifications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in person, by telephone, and with large teams.

• Travel required in US and abroad – up to 35 percent .
