CR/08/16 Job Description

• 5-10+ years of large-scale implementation and project (time, application and technical resources, and budget) management experience with small and large companies.

• Experience implementing applications on top of platforms (Salesforce.com, Siebel, Oracle etc.) preferred.

• Complete understanding of implementation methodology (preferably iterative).

• Full understanding of development methodology, writing of requirements and design documents, and crafting statements of work.

• Deep understanding of technologies and hands-on configuration experience is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio and use of project portals.

• Demonstrated experience resolving complex business and application problems.

• Contract Management, CRM, or Supply Chain experience is advantageous.

• Detail oriented and extremely customer focused.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, in person, by telephone, and with large teams.

• Travel required in US and abroad – up to 35 percent.

• Fluency in multiple languages (oral and written) advantageous.
