• Hands on with Adobe Flex Framework and related technologies (Experience with Adobe Flex Charting would be an advantage).
• Hands on with Action Script 2.0/ 3.0 .
• Should have strong understanding of object oriented concepts .
• Working knowledge in web services/ remote objects .
• Should be able to participate/ lead design discussion with technical leads and architects and provide feedback, comments and suggestions .
• Should be able to mentor and train junior team members in concepts and technologies .
