• High level of experience in QA is required .
• More than 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with at least 3 yrs experience in Software Testing .
• Knowledge of creating Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Scenarios.
• Experience of using Bug Tracking system .
• Excellent communication and good command of English language skills required .
• Hands-on implementation experience of ISO 9001:2000.
• Well experienced in audits / assessments, process improvements.
• Aware of CMM / CMMi framework.
• Competent in metrics definition, statistical analysis.
• Certifications like CSQA / ISO Lead Auditor would be an added advantage Mentor and train team members in concepts and technologies.
